Football

Football is a very popular sport in the NPA, especially rugby.

NPARC Sports & Rec team and sport clubs organise regular sporting matches at Bamaga's Yusia Ginau Oval.

Check facebook for more match updates.

Seisia Wharf

Seisia Wharf is a mixed use seaport and a popular spot for locals and visitors to go fishing.

The Wharf offers beautiful sunsets and views of small islands across the water. It's strongly advised you do not swim here, as there are many crocodiles, sharks and stingrays in the water.

Seaswift uses the Seisia Wharf to deliver cargo, parcels, materials and equipment, food and fuel supplies for NPA’s business and resident communities.

Peddells Ferry Services also uses the Wharf as a Departure and Arrival base for the Ferry to and from Thursday Island.

For Ferry prices and/or the Ferry Timetable. Search http://peddellsferry.com.au or call (07) 4069 1551.
