Chief Executive Officer

Council is seeking to appoint a community focused leader to drive the organisation forward on a trajectory of enhanced operational performance to ultimately deliver superior outcomes and services to the community.

Reporting to and working closely with Council, you will truly embed yourself within the community. Developing an action orientated approach for Council that will contribute to the region's prosperity and managing the resources of Council effectively and efficiently ensuring sustainable performance will be underpinned by a high level of service delivery and evidence of a positive and engaged workforce.

Executive Manager Corporate Services

This is a key senior role that will see you providing topline leadership, management and direction across all facets of the Corporate Services portfolio, including, but not limited to IT, Grants Management, Governance, Media & Communications, Procurement, and Property/Facilities Management. On a broader scale, you will also play a key role in helping reinforce and build community awareness, understanding and confidence in the role played by NPARC.

A strong leadership background in Corporate Services and extensive experience working within culturally diverse and/or indigenous communities are non-negotiable. Likewise a thorough understanding of contemporary IT strategies across both financial and wider business applications.
