Executive Manager Finance and Corporate Services

This is a key senior role that will see you providing topline leadership, management and direction across all facets of the Finance and Corporate services portfolio, including, but not limited to Financial Management, IT, Grants Management, Governance, Media & Communications, Procurement, and Property/Facilities Management. On a broader scale, you will also play a key role in helping reinforce and build community awareness, understanding and confidence in the role played by NPARC.

COMMUNITY SERVICES MANAGER

  • Status: Three Year Fixed-term contract

The Community Services Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, development and delivery of community services. A diverse range of community services and facilities are made available for all residents of the NPA, to promote participation in community life and develop safe, strong and vibrant communities as well as providing advice on and facilitating economic development through business retention, enhancement, and new business attraction as well as sourcing possible investment within NPARC with a specific focus on job/employment creation.

The Events Coordinator will work closely with all Council Departments and other NPA and external stakeholders to develop implement and promote an array of community events and sports and recreational activities that provide economic development opportunities, social cohesion and celebrate the unique lifestyle and culture of the NPA Communities.

The Events Coordinator will add organise, plan, prepare and deliver events and sports and recreational activities that will encourage local participation and volunteerism as well as working cooperatively with other regional councils, event officers and tourism bodies.

The Senior Administration Officer will assist the Executive Assistant/Office Manager with confidential executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, Elected members, and Executive Management Team. The role is critical in supporting the overall coordination of corporate governance and general administration by providing high level of administrative and executive support under the guidance of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager

The Human Resources Advisor will undertake operational aspects of human resource management activities, including:

  • Provide advice and information regarding human resource management matters
  • Administer staff recruitment, retention and onboarding programs in accordance with NPARC policy
  • Administer employment, training and development programs including CDP, 1000 jobs, apprentices and trainees.
